They were pretty busy, but you felt like you were the only one there when they were working with you. It didn't seem like they were trying to rush you in and rush you out. They took the time to spend some time with you so you didn't feel like they didn't pay attention to your needs. I've been here a few times before and I'm happy with the service I received. If you're on the Oregon Health Plan, beware: this office treats you like you have no other choice. I’ve been a patient at this dental office for over a year, and the experience has been consistently frustrating. Multiple appointments have been canceled with little notice, often due to rotating or traveling doctors — a problem they’ve explained is tied to housing shortages in this rural area. Have been to advantage dental in gold beach several times , twice for emergency extractions I was in the worst pain of my life . The dentist was kind compassionate and is really good at his job . From the front desk staff down the line you feel like they care and that means the world to someone who’s always been afraid of dentist due to bad experiences . Highly recommend

Front desk personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all questions. New dentist is very personable. Have an appointment soon but initial consultation was positive and I felt confident in his ability to address my concerns and issues. No dental hygienist, which is awe full but I can go to another office for a cleaning. Inconvenient, but at least an option. Over 6 years since my last dental nightmare. But today was a great visit. I'm very pleased with the Dentist Dr. Young. Explained everything in a positive way. The technician was awesome too!!
