Was a little late for a appointment for emergency reason. Walked in to a empty office. Was told cant receive any help once late by even a little. And now have to reschedule a whole year plus 6 months out for a dang appointment. I would suggest other people, just sign up at another dental place. This place sucks.
We had an appointment for today which we waited about a year for, I asked them multiple times if the procedure would be fully completed and they said yes, come to today it was only half done, they didn't schedule appointments ahead of time. We have also had everyone of our appointments canceled and then they want to schedule them out a year later after we already waited like 6 months. Waited 6 months for a follow up appointment to my broken tooth. They didn't do anything for it when my appointment arrived. They scheduled me a cleaning a year out from today. And have no appointments to extract my tooth. Do better.
I had** an appt scheduled(July 2024) after 2 years with no reminders or recalls for care. I waited since January for a check-up this month. Today no call, just an email telling me my "cancelled appointment" need to be rescheduled. I had not cancelled. I called to be informed they would be "short-staffed" on the date of my appointment: a reason to move me to January 2025. I guess there are other dentists who have standards of practice. All my visits at advantage dental have been great. The girls who work the front desk always greet me with hi patty and a smile as well as when I leave its a smile and and remind me if I need anything to just give them a call. The dentists and assistants are also so caring and willing to take the time to explain in detail what they are doing. They never make you feel like your asking a dumb question or in a hurry to get to the next patient. I would recommend them 100%
