I’m normally very scared to go to the dentist. I had a great experience at Advantage dental in Madras, Oregon. Katie the lady at the desk when I walked in was amazing and very comforting and knowledgeable. Helped me to feel calm and not a nervous. The new dentist (lady doctor) was also amazing. She explained everything to me let me know my options and made me feel comfortable and not so nervous. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place.
The dental team is closely knit. They are all professional experts in their area of responsibility. Be assured they work for the confidential client and not the public agencies and insurers. I am amazed at how they made me comfortable in the chair and healthy after a year of restoring my periodontal gums. I now have a dental plan, which only includes preventative procedures.
These people never answer their phones and are so hard to reach to speak to someone for making an appointment! Ive called 10 mins after they were just open and still nothing just holding holding hold. & Called 3 times! Finally left a voicemail and still yet to hear back.
I Love Advantage Dental. All of the staff are extremely kind and make you feel like you are going to get the best care possible.
Absolutely AMAZING everyone of the girls that work there love them all and appreciate each and every one of them for helping me get a beautiful smile :)
