I never really mind the dentist but I’ve had some not so great experiences in the past and after reading about how terrible dentists can have you get way more work done than you actually need I was nervous. This place was actually a nice experience. The staff is so nice to their customers but more importantly nice to each other and I personally think that says a lot about a place. I had a wonderful experience at this office. The dental tech was very thoughtful and kind, so was the dentist. The office building is gorgeous and clean, and I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I am very grateful for them. The turn over is less great at this office, and I love to see a familiar face. If I can rate a zero I would. This place is rude front desk. One week they tell me they accept my insurance so I waited a week with a tooth pain then a day before my appointment they cancel my appointment. They told me to call back and hit a number but that didn't work. Then I call and call but no one answers. So I had to take a bus down there. The receptionist was rude as hell. I was nervous about seeing the dentist as I've always had bad issues with previous dentists but Phan was excellent. She was very informative and gentle. I'll definitely come back for the rest of my dental issues.
The Tigard location has an amazing staff that gets along with each other and is mission driven to help the people they serve. I was extremely impressed. Thank you so much for being human.
