I never really mind the dentist but I’ve had some not so great experiences in the past and after reading about how terrible dentists can have you get way more work done than you actually need I was nervous. This place was actually a nice experience. The staff is so nice to their customers but more importantly nice to each other and I personally think that says a lot about a place. I had a wonderful experience at this office. The dental tech was very thoughtful and kind, so was the dentist. The office building is gorgeous and clean, and I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I am very grateful for them. The turn over is less great at this office, and I love to see a familiar face. I need an emergency appointment. I understand that means squeezing me in. They were prompt on returning my calls to navigate the process, which is deeply appreciated. That said, my appointment is Tuesday (today is Thursday),and it's an on-boarding & exam only. No guarantees for treatment. I understand that the system is broken and they're overwhelmed......but, if I broke an arm, asking me to wait several days would not fly Good thing I am not in agony.......oh, wait....

If I can rate a zero I would. This place is rude front desk. One week they tell me they accept my insurance so I waited a week with a tooth pain then a day before my appointment they cancel my appointment. They told me to call back and hit a number but that didn't work. Then I call and call but no one answers. So I had to take a bus down there. The receptionist was rude as hell. This is my dental clinic assigned by OHP - I cannot receive care anywhere else. They haven't answered nor returned any of my calls in years, so I have been in physical discomfort and without cleanings for multiple years. Update: I reached out to customer support through the provided email a month ago and have still not received a response. This is the only service I get through OHP in which I am not even able to speak to someone about scheduling care. It's very disappointing.
