Extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic! I made an appointment two months in advance. Today was the day of my appointment , finally, only to arrive and be told there was no time available!!! What???The staff then wanted to reschedule me for another appointment in 1.5 months. Are you kidding me? I already was waiting for TWO months!!! This level of disorganization and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. Will not be returning.
Wonderful!!! Both the dental hygienist and the dental doctor were so kind and helpful… Really going out of their way to be warm and supportive… Jeannette took a lot of time giving us creative ideas and encouragement to make a more thorough dental routine fun and and in a manner really inspiring motivation for my daughter… Very grateful!!
I waited for my daughter’s appointment to visit the dentist for more than 4 months, and one day before the appointment, I received a message confirming the appointment, and on the day of the visit, I received another message confirming the appointment, but unfortunately, one hour before the appointment, I received a call from the clinic and they informed me of the necessity of changing the appointment based on the doctor’s request. Took my daughter here as her first dentist. There are people who work here who are amazing and great at their job. But that doesn’t make up for cancelling her appointment 5 minutes before it starts. It doesn’t make up for not ever answering the phone. It doesn’t make up for not sending her dental records to a new provider even after I filled out the ROI. If you can avoid Advantage Dental, I would recommend it.
My son had his first dentist appointment ever today. The staff were very friendly and definitely knew how to interact with my son. The dentist was very friendly and knowledgeable. My son had a great first experience with a dentist and I am grateful for that.
