I wish I could leave zero stars. My husband and I found a property on line for rent in the area we needed to be in for both of our jobs. The website had a place to request a tour, we did that. I also called the phone number. We knew they would not be open on a weekend so we called on Monday. The receptionist advised she would pass our information on to an agent and they would call us back. **************t Association Manager of this company runs the HOA in the ********************** NC neighborhood. She does not oversee the discrepancies that fall under the covenants that the homeowners are supposed obey by. I can not tell you when the last time this HOA had a meeting. I would like to first apologize for any inconvenience this owner has had with our company and the HOA. The annual HOA meeting is scheduled for September 4, 2021. Unfortunately there are administrative cost involved in preparing a Certificate of Assessment for closings and the cost is passed to the seller of the property.
