Three years ago my ex and I rented from Courtney at first it was great. But then I moved out because of a bad relationship. I asked Courtney to take me off the lease and she refused to so now bill that I owe because the ex decided to stay and was not paying the bills so I’m being held responsible even though Courtney knew that I moved out and still refused to take me off Lease. My ex messed the whole house up. Do not rent from this company they will mess you up.
God this place sucks. They had damaged our tenants did to our home fixed before notifying us it even happened and then tried to blame us. Course we had proof it wasn’t us 🙄. The tenants also had additional tenants not on the lease living there as the spectrum bill I kept getting notified about via Spectrum and my husband could see who the spectrum account was under. I rented a duplex from them on York Street in November 2023. I moved in in December and there was no working heating system. I reported it to them and they did not fix it until the end of January, although, the HVAC tech told them the heating system was ancient, broken, and needed to be replaced. They refused. When Spring began, I turned the heat off, not attempting to turn it back on until October 2024. It did not work. They sent two techs who said it needed to be replaced. Try.to pay HOA first of they said I could do it online after 3 attempts an many phone calls ...they were suppose to fix it so online pay would work...... after mailing a courtesy check .. yes people still use checks. I did not follow up an now the "c" word collections....I was unaware.....I go to pay at the office an a less then professional said we can't take your payment.....the fiasco continues......this place
Like all the other reviews they are a horrible business. Do not rent from them at all. When we moved into our rental house 3 years ago the carpets were disgusting and the entire house smelled like dog. I'm sure they took the previous renters deposit and did nothing in the home. They replaced 1 carpet! The house still smelled, and I had to get the carpets cleaned myself.
