By far the best experience I have had with storage units. They're most friendly from the start. Genuinely care about your situation and are encouraging to make sure that you only have your unit for the time you need it. They give you all the rates without any hidden fees and If and when anything does change you are also notified. Management here is by far the best ever!
We got our units at advance storage with the great customer service from John he has been my go to guy for all my questions and guidance. He’s always on site and willing to help. Hes the perfect guy for the brand. I will definitely refer people and give John’s name. Keep up the great work.
The others aren't exaggerating about how awesome John is! He made moving everything into storage the smoothest part of my whole moving saga. He has gone out of his way to help and is extremely nice any time I've needed to talk to him. He made sure we had carts when moving in and moved my container closer to the door, compared to what I was assigned online, to make it easier. The facility itself is brand new. It's extremely clean. I’ve been renting my units for a few months and John has been so helpful, with his great customer service and answering all my questions. Advance storage is very organized and well maintained. John always walks by to say hi and if I need anything.
This is the worst place ever, and I actually trusted John. He seems nice, but in reality... Two months in and my rate went from 64 to 124 without me asking. Thanks, "Advantage", my new advantage is that I have to move my stuff out and find an honest business, if that is possible.
