Advantage Storage has amazing customer service! They answered all of my questions (I had many). If you’re looking for a storage facility that treats you with respect and goes above and beyond, this is the place. Other storage places don’t even come close. Highly recommend.
Excellent storage facility. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Great move in special. They have carts available for you to use which made moving in so easy. Highly recommend!
Ok, This is my last month storing my life here and let me tell you. I love this place, great facility, professional employees (especially Alicia Andre) clean and always there to help with a positive attitude. I have used PS and couple other self storage facility but this my absolute favorite. Whoever, hires these awesome people, Alicia being my most pleasant advisor. Deserves a raise just as Ms. Andre. I can't remember the lady who helped us originally. But we've had my mom's entire house stored there while it's being listed. We started using the storage unit sometime towards the end of the Summer and were only paying $70/month. Like MANY other reviews have stated, their rents have increased exponentially. Our rate has increased three times now I believe. And we were told originally, apparently others have too, that their rates were locked. We are now paying $135/month (insurance not included). This is ridiculous.
We got our units at advance storage with the great customer service from John he has been my go to guy for all my questions and guidance. He’s always on site and willing to help. Hes the perfect guy for the brand. I will definitely refer people and give John’s name. Keep up the great work.
