Ok, This is my last month storing my life here and let me tell you. I love this place, great facility, professional employees (especially Alicia Andre) clean and always there to help with a positive attitude. I have used PS and couple other self storage facility but this my absolute favorite. Whoever, hires these awesome people, Alicia being my most pleasant advisor. Deserves a raise just as Ms. Andre. By far the best experience I have had with storage units. They're most friendly from the start. Genuinely care about your situation and are encouraging to make sure that you only have your unit for the time you need it. They give you all the rates without any hidden fees and If and when anything does change you are also notified. Management here is by far the best ever!
I can't remember the lady who helped us originally. But we've had my mom's entire house stored there while it's being listed. We started using the storage unit sometime towards the end of the Summer and were only paying $70/month. Like MANY other reviews have stated, their rents have increased exponentially. Our rate has increased three times now I believe. And we were told originally, apparently others have too, that their rates were locked. We are now paying $135/month (insurance not included). This is ridiculous.
We got our units at advance storage with the great customer service from John he has been my go to guy for all my questions and guidance. He’s always on site and willing to help. Hes the perfect guy for the brand. I will definitely refer people and give John’s name. Keep up the great work.
This is the worst place ever, and I actually trusted John. He seems nice, but in reality... Two months in and my rate went from 64 to 124 without me asking. Thanks, "Advantage", my new advantage is that I have to move my stuff out and find an honest business, if that is possible.
