My Company was Hired to move a Customer into this Storage facility. We were given the name of Michelle as the contact at this location to be out contact. Not only was she not available, unresponsive and no where to be found, she when after many calls to the Customer and Storage she finally answered and was so rude. My customer paid this facility and they received 0 customer service. We ended taking the household goods down the street where we were treated like kings. I will not be using this facility anymore! Was lock in the garage bay with no way to get out! We had to had use the chain system to pull out of the garage. This thing only works 25% of the time. Be cautious when entering the garage after hours.

I was pleasantly greeted by a warm and professional voice—Sera, the Assistant Manager on duty. She was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. Clean, secure, and easy to access. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the move-in process was smooth. Rates are a bit higher than some places, but the quality and peace of mind are worth it. Highly recommend.
Michelle played a pivotal role in helping me decided to go with Advantage. She’s personable and trustworthy, which has been such a nice difference compared to surrounding storage companies! The prices are fair and the system is very secure.
