This place has been bought out by a different owner twice in the years I’ve off and on stored my things here. Now my rent has increased $40 from a $25 Rent Increase and a newly added $5 Utility Fee. Previously, from 2022-2025 there was only one increase and it was for $15. Increases are entirely reasonable and expected to me, but getting an email saying my price won’t go up and then immediately increasing my price does rub me the wrong way a bit. I've been at this storage place since I moved here to Lubbock 3 years ago and I have never had a problem with my storage. Office people are kind,friendly, are always a help when needed.
I LOVE this place. Lisa was the best when it comes to saving me space, and was very timely with everything she did. LIEV the transparency. Great option for college students, or people who want to store wine.

After a 12 hour trip to move my daughter’s stuff from Tech. We unloaded her apartment belongings when she realized she forgot her key for the unit back at school. Worried that I was going to have to reload everything and come back. I Called and spoke with Brian, he was kind and helpful. He reassured me that everything would be safe and watched over while I ran back to get the key. Absolutely wonderful place.
