If 0 stars were an option, that would have been the selection. I had a unit for many years at the facility. I came in to find rat poop across many of my items. I was told by their front office that they had a rat outbreak across the facility due to someone leaving food in a unit. There was also a very prevalent chemical smell that lingered in all of the hallways. They had only one working elevator every time I accessed this facility. Stay away from this facility. I’ve had to move my belongings twice because of a serious rat infestation. Many of my items were ruined by rat urine and droppings, costing me hundreds of dollars in damaged property and moving expenses. The worst part is that this is not a new issue. I’ve reported it to management multiple times, and nothing has been done. The trash is constantly overflowing, attracting flies, with dead cockroaches all over the floors. We have been very satisfied with the service. Adam has always been attentive and helpful with us. He has explained the promotions clearly and has assisted us with everything we needed regarding the unit and the different sizes available. Thank you very much for your excellent customer service!
I’m giving this place one star because I came here to store my belongings, not enroll them in a rat-sponsored survival show. There are rats everywhere. Not “maybe I saw something move” rats. I mean full-time resident rats. You can hear them running around, fighting, scratching, and throwing hands in the walls like it’s rodent fight night. Adam at Advantage Storage has helped me rent 2 separate storage units twice now in the past year during 2 very stressful situations. The customer service and kindness he & Stacie demonstrated seriously brightened my day and helped bring order to my chaotic life! Highly recommend these units- they are clean and have A/C units available. And the service is top-notch!
