Find somewhere else to store your stuff! Finally writing a review about the poor experience here. Rented climate controlled storage but ALL items in my unit got water damage from a storm over Memorial Day weekend, causing me to get rid of most of them. Had to wait until Tuesday to speak to staff due to the holiday and we were apparently the second people to report damage, which they said they were still investigating. An absolute best in the industry, professional, courteous, helpful staff (Jacob) in this case gets my review. Once you've experienced the ease of storage here you'll never use any other place. When you see it you'll understand it's the cleanest most user friendly place to store. Thank you again Jacob for your true professionalism & courtesy. Great storage unit, very good security that makes you put in a code before entering and exiting. The staff was very friendly as well and helped us with our questions !
This week I made a reservation online and followed up to see my unit yesterday. I was promptly greeted by Jacob at the front office, who then walked me out to my unit and explained the details of the facility. He was able to answer all my questions and was very friendly. Also gave me the manager's name in case there were every any issues. The front has locks and packing materials for sale as needed. Professional Staff. Property Manager Patrick made the process simple. Jacob was great he was helpful with showing my Mother around the facility. The storage unit is clean, in a safe area, and has all packing materials available for purchase if needed
