As a new customer, my gate code is not working. I arrived for the first time to access my unit and was unable to get in. There is currently an employee at the desk who appears to be on lunch, but instead of simply acknowledging me and offering assistance, they repeatedly went to the back when I approached the door. A quick response like, “I’m on lunch, but I’ll help you as soon as I’m done and check your gate code,” would have made a big difference. We’ve never set up a storage unit before and it was a very easy process and prices were amazing. We worked with Emily and she made everything so easy and was soo nice!
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Emily at the facility, and I must say, she was exceptionally helpful. Her knowledge of the facility and her willingness to go above and beyond to assist made my experience smooth and stress-free. Emily was professional and friendly, she truly set a high standard for customer service. It's been a great experience renting my unit out with Advantage Storage. Been with them since Jan' 23, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind! Nikki is a pleasure to interact with. Very informative and tends to always want to make sure things are in order! I really appreciate that and makes me feel like my property is safe I would most definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting to rent in a well kept place where you know you are being taken care of!
