This is a great facility - clean and well managed. We have never had any issues with this facility or the management. Shout out to Keri who is always helpful and responsive (especially if you are relocating to/from out-of-state) and an absolute joy to deal with regarding our unit leases. She is great! Highly recommend.
Adam Bennett the property manager is great manager very understanding and helpful. The site is always very clean. You never have to worry about your things . It will be well taken care of and protected. Very good place to store!!!
Kerri was amazing!!! She was so helpful I lost the key to my storage I was panicking. She was so cool calm and collected. She was able to get me in my unit and provide me with a new lock. Thank you Kerri and Advantage storage Plano.
I had a mission-critical situation where I urgently needed access to my storage unit to retrieve medical equipment for organizations in need. Unfortunately, my lock wasn’t working, and I couldn’t get in. The facility manager went above and beyond to help—she quickly provided a new lock and password, and sent Alex to remove the faulty lock and assist with installing the replacement.
