Keri is one of the best managers I have met so far. Life would be so much more comfortable if every company or organization had someone like her. She is truly one of the kindest and most humble managers I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend being taken care of by her.

Keri, the manager, was very helpful in resolving my issue with billing. She was prompt, polite and helpful. We have used this facility for over 10 years and it is always clean and good temperature with nice lighting and security.
This is a great facility - clean and well managed. We have never had any issues with this facility or the management. Shout out to Keri who is always helpful and responsive (especially if you are relocating to/from out-of-state) and an absolute joy to deal with regarding our unit leases. She is great! Highly recommend.
I used Advantage Storage in Plano 9 years ago and it was a great experience then, so I came back to them to rent another unit in 2025. They’ve got even more to offer now and are still awesome. I met with Alex in the office who was professional, helpful and just awesome in general to meet with.
