I've used storage units on & off for over a decade in the Dallas & Rockwall Counties for my business. Advantage Storage at 7301 Lakeview Parkway is by far the best facility that I've found. I just have to say team here is wonderful. Customer service is wonderful. The facility is clean And I've never run into any issues since I've rented there. Not only that, I'm one of those customers that occasionally I get behind a lot like pushing it to auction notice week and even still in the time leading up to that, the team is so polite and courteous. Just signed my contract with Thomas to secure my unit. Everything went smoothly and he was thorough and transparent about the rules and regs of the property. He also was nice enough to give me a tour of the property so that I can easily access my unit. Monthly rental pricing was a fair price point. The units are tidy and clean. Very happy so far.
