I've had nothing but great experiences with Advantage Storage! The facility is always clean and well-maintained, but what really sets them apart is the fantastic customer service. Kaylie is always friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Highly recommend!
Kaylie was great. Super quick, friendly, and knowledgeable about the sign up process. Very attentive and quick. Will def be using them from now on.
Came here from another storage facility and they’ve been super helpful from start to finish. Wasn’t sure if I’d fit everything in one unit so I had another reserved just in case. The gentleman (I think owner/manager) was polite, friendly, and I feel better about storing my stuff here already.
Advantage storage Rowlett East has been so helpful. From the time I walked through the doors, they provided detailed options and made the process very easy and convenient. I recently lost my keys and Thomas was very efficient with helping me resolve the issue immediately. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.
Kaylie was extremely nice and helpful. Very nice facility. Ultimately went with a place that was closer to home but I will definitely keep this place in mind if I change to another storage facility.
