Big thanks to Valerie. She help me gain access to my locker when I lost my keys. She also allow me to pick day and time which was helpful to my work. Valerie did great in giving me a tour of the place and I am usually the type who would never consider renting storage. My experience was via phone call but Valerie was friendly and informative. I have never rented from a storage unit before. My husband and I were looking into doing some renovation repairs for our house. Questioned what would be fit for beds and boxes. She nailed all the answers I needed to feel more comfortable about signing up for renting storage.
