Great price for storage unit, boxes, and all other moving supply needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I had my kids with me, and they were so generous offering the kids snacks and even giving us a sweet welcome bag. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage place with a kind and helpful team!
Today i stopped by the Advantage Storage Rowlett and I am so happy that i did so.. A lady by the name of Valerie greeted me with a smile. She provided excellent customer service in assisting me with the items that i needed to purchase and I can certainly say i am a satisfied customer and highly recommend this location for your packing needs.
Thomas and Tanya are the most delightful people ever, they both go out of their way to give you the best service ever. I’ve being a customer going on almost three years now. Thomas is an absolute allstar at this storage place. Never rented a storage unit before, but he made it understandable and was very kind. Cannot recommend this place enough!
