Today i stopped by the Advantage Storage Rowlett and I am so happy that i did so.. A lady by the name of Valerie greeted me with a smile. She provided excellent customer service in assisting me with the items that i needed to purchase and I can certainly say i am a satisfied customer and highly recommend this location for your packing needs.
Thomas and Tanya are the most delightful people ever, they both go out of their way to give you the best service ever. I’ve being a customer going on almost three years now. All I can say is nothing but good stuff. To the owners of the Company thanks for giving this team a job. Outstanding employees. Guys thank you for all your patience and support you’ve given me. Valerie was such a wonderful help ,nice attitude, always have a smile on her face , if I needed anything Valerie would help me out , she really deserves a raise for helping out and being her best
Valerie did great in giving me a tour of the place and I am usually the type who would never consider renting storage. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful when making sure our services/standards are met. She is ready to answer questions, she will make a way to make sure we are comfortable with our choice of storage. My experience was via phone call but Valerie was friendly and informative. I have never rented from a storage unit before. My husband and I were looking into doing some renovation repairs for our house. Questioned what would be fit for beds and boxes. She nailed all the answers I needed to feel more comfortable about signing up for renting storage.
