My experience was via phone call but Valerie was friendly and informative. I have never rented from a storage unit before. My husband and I were looking into doing some renovation repairs for our house. Questioned what would be fit for beds and boxes. She nailed all the answers I needed to feel more comfortable about signing up for renting storage. Thanks so much to Valerie for all of her help and knowledge! I had questions pertaining to renting a space and she was able to thoroughly answer all my questions (never rented before) and then some! She also informed me that just in case, they even offer packing supplies and locks for purchase if needed. I highly recommend storing here.
Valerie did great in giving me a tour of the place and I am usually the type who would never consider renting storage. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful when making sure our services/standards are met. Big thanks to Valerie. She help me gain access to my locker when I lost my keys. She also allow me to pick day and time which was helpful to my work.
