The worst customer service! I have been trying to get in contact with someone regarding the unit I rented for a week now. I left voice mails and then I finally got a text message saying the unit is not ready!!! I rented the unit on the 24th just for them to tell me is not ready. Its been a week!! Then why would I paid a month of rent if I can’t even use the storage. This is ridiculous maybe y’all shouldn’t put costumer service is priority in your website when in reality is not.
