Elora, Mary, Andy, and Slaina have all been kind and patient through the whole leasing process. They've made everything easy and are always friendly when I stop by the office. I'm writing this because I read some of the negative reviews below, and honestly, it seems like angry residents who got caught breaking rules and don't want to take responsibility for their actions. Salina made my move in experience so seamless. She continuously checked on me weeks before I came because I was doing an out of state move and she was so helpful and considerate the whole time. I give her 10 stars, she’s the nicest agent I’ve ever met, I feel like she actually cares beyond me just being a tenant. From the day I viewed the community, it has been a pleasant experience. The leasing agent (Andy) imo, was great, personable, knowledgeable and seemed like he enjoyed the job. Since living here for the past 5 months, management has been top notch and cares about everyone and the community. I’d totally recommend it.
These apartments suck.. they are not luxury.. only the leasing office is made with high quality amenities… you can literally hear every neighbor close there doors to apartments, dogs poop always around the outdoor walk ways.. literally seen 5 pieces in one location like the tenants don’t care to pick up there own dogs poop.. it’s disgusting to see. Also they have a pest problem that needs to be solved always flying bugs everywhere in the walk ways when outside they get in your mouth and face it’s as simple as them spraying. ... read more
Great Move-In Experience Thanks to Andy! I just moved from Michigan to Houston two days ago, and I'm so glad I had the chance to work with Andy. He was incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and made me feel safe and confident about my move.
