I honestly feel like this place deserves an updated, positive review. Before moving in, everything already looked solid on paper, but actually stepping into the apartment surprised me in the best way. The space is huge for the price, the layout is practical, and it feels open and comfortable. For what I'm paying, this is one of the best value apartments I've seen, and I would genuinely choose this over many more expensive options without hesitation. Honestly move in day was a little tough but the amazing ladies in the office got everything situated super quick. Delilah made the process so much easier for us given us living 8 hours away. Answered all of our questions and above all showed she cared. Wonderful staff Delilah is wonderful so sweet and definitely cares about her job and is amazing at it.
My experience at Advenir at the Meadows was absolutely wonderful, thanks to Kayla! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a kind and welcoming attitude. The process of getting into the townhouse was so quick and effortless. Delilah has been an amazing help to my husband and I quickly answering any questions and going out of her way to call us to verify how we want things to go she is amazing and if you want to dodge headaches I’d make sure to recommend her to help you out. I lived there for 3 years. It was a disaster from day 1. The apartment was not ready for move in on our scheduled day. The manager had to come clean and dispose of a pile of dog feces that filled three 5 gallon buckets. Carpets were not cleaned, large brown spots from dogs urinating in both bedrooms from previous tennant. We had issues for a while with loud parties from neighbors, called cops, called "security" and eventually the cops told residents they would not come to all the issues going on there.
