I’ve been living here for 2 years now and overall it’s been a really good experience. The office staff is helpful, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The property is well kept, and I’ve felt comfortable during my time here. One thing I really appreciate is the flex rent payment option — it makes budgeting a lot easier. I will say that some of the fees can fluctuate around the fall time, but outside of that, it’s been a solid place to call home for the past two years.
Had a great experience touring this property with my cousin, who’s moving from out of town, and the leasing agent, Tania, was outstanding. Tania listened carefully to our needs, clearly explained the differences between the floor plans, recommended ideal floor plans, and took the time to tour the building, amenities, and multiple units with us. She was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout.
I am very happy to say great choice. From Management Tarren Scurry to Maintenence Aplus. I love that we don't have noise theft are suspicious activities on this property. I feel safe nd secure with trying to keep complex comfortable. This is a plus plus I'm terminally I'll so I'm close to doctors and hospitals. Keep up the good work Tarren she's a awesome Manager
Great community with excellent service and amazing staff!! Maintenance, in particular, is very responsive. Salvatore is the ultimate best!! I have lived here for 4+ years and it has never been a disappointment. To the contrary, responds quickly, always carries the necessary tools, and very knowledgeable. There is nothing he cannot fix. Great maintenance makes a big difference in a residential property which is why I have decided time and again to stay in this community. Thank you everyone!!
