When we looked to move here we told the rental agent that having pool access was a must. She lead us to believe that we would have it. But upon moving in we learn from a resident that the pool hadn’t been open in 4 years. I have been living here for three weeks and was moved into an apartment that was not ready to be leased. My floors were flooded before I moved in due to broken hot water heater. The apartments are nice with 2 major problems of cockroaches and unleashed dogs. I am older an afraid to walk the complex for fear of the unleashed dogs. The maintenance men are on their jobs. Please tell the people that have dogs to pick up their poop and put them on a leash georgia has leash laws. Oh yeah some ppl here have 5 or 6 people in 1 or 2 bedroom apts. I just found out the mold is making me dizzy too wow. I have no where to go ny income is low.
Very good maintenance team, mostly responds by same day and fixes in one visit..no delays from last one year. Prompt delivery of work order updates, no hassle or no follow-ups. My unit has a new microwave when we move in and which broke after 10 months. I request service on morning and got a quick visit by Mr. Suvad Ciric. Don’t ever think about living in this place. The whole complex is a dumpsters. There’s trash and bugs everywhere. It’s nothing like the photos you see in the website. The units are the worst part. When I moved in I couldn’t even sleep in peace, because bugs were falling from the ceiling on my bed. Since the first day here, I’ve been asking the management to fix a bunch off issues in my unit, but they just ignore me.
