RecommendedI was able to get appts for all 3 of my kids at the same time. Convenient, friendly, and patient place for kids.
they force my son to lay down while he was screaming. then they held him by his neck and forced there tools in his mouth. I told them that's enough and the assistant gave me an attitude. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
I took my son there a few times. They really didn't tell him what they were going to do prior to starting. Took them a couple visits before they could get xrays, never really telling him what they were doing while I'm trying to explain it to him from the doorway. After the xrays the dentist got pretty nasty with me telling me he needed 6 caps and even more fillings. I took him for a second opinion and he only needed 2 caps and 1 small filling. They need to be investigated for fraud.
My 2/12 yr old grandson waited 1hr 30 minutes to be seen. Another parent in the office was allowed to discipline and belittle my grown daughter and grandson. The receptionist reprimanded my daughter, (telling her they don’t like a stressful environment for their patients ) , after the other patient told my daughter “ to get stepping” because my 2/12 yr old grandson touched her son’s tablet, trying to see what the little boy was watching( which my daughter corrected him and didn’t allow him to do it again). Normally I take my children to their appts, last appt I was told my 4 year old needed xray for a "possible cavity" on his lower left side. I declined. Today, my husband took them in. My son was given an x-ray, without consent from my husband. After which he was told there was a "spot " on his lower right side that needed to be watched. There seems to be some fraudulent activity going on at this practice with the trying to bill insurance companies more money. We will not be returning.

We take the grandkids to the location in Essex and they really enjoy it.
