Not only do they cover all the basics in care but their customer service is exceptional. I've been there twice, both in the same day, and not once did I get a weird look, instead I was greeted with a smile. The doctor's and their nurses are all so nice, too. My little one tends to be my irritable child and they had her laughing and enjoying her "big kid" talks with the assistant. At first the Orhtodontics at this location was great but now I have had so much problems with them and how greedy they are with money. They supposedly say they will work with you and make it a great experience instead I have had to fight to keep my kids going there. Today I was turned away with no notice and if I would have been informed of what was going on it would have been understandable but no they waited for me to bring my son and then turned him away because we didn't have the payment yet which I told them I would hav... read more
The eye Drs here at great however the front desk staff is a different story. Seems like their excuse is always they have a lot of new staff. Back in June I went to an appointment for vision which they couldn’t see my daughter cause her glasses where lost, i was okay with rescheduling and they stated they would order her glasses right then and there a month passes no glasses. I call and come to find out no glasses where ever ordered, spoke with a supervisor who apologized and said he was ordering the glasses for rush as we sp... read more
The dental hygienist are wonderful, always so kind and patient. Doctors are also wonderful with educating and giving alternatives when my kids are being a little extra. Also thankful that they are willing to try to do appointments for kids all together as much as possible.
The dental department has serious communication issues. They never mention requirements until years later, then shift the blame onto the patients. Orthodontics has been fine I've never had an issue with them, but the vision staff often seem disengaged ignoring people at their desk like helping is a chore.
