Only there for a visit but we noticed a mobile visit unit was servicing the patients there. It was a fully operational, mobile vision clinic.We were impressed with the patient care. Cannot find the name of the company or if they would/could services Áegis Overlake. Overlake staff is unaware of the name of the firm. Please advise the company of the name of the Mobile Vision. I was told recently that the individuals care manager needs to contact the Vision Care Unit that services Áegis Overlake.
Beautiful facility, great location and overall friendly staff. They turned around quickly with the on the ground staffs especially Yegor at the front desk and Ally the wait staff at dining were the best! They care about their residents and their family. I appreciate their care and acknowledgment of my MIL and us when we visit weekly. Thank you!!! Had a not so great experience early on. Felt disrespected from the marketing or 'office' folks. This is a beautiful and classy senior residence featuring beautiful furnishings, a theater, on-site full service salon, barber shop, a pub, massage room, exercise room, and more. What is more important is the extraordinary staff. From our initial interaction with Mary, the Director of Sales, to the nursing staff, the reception staff and every single caregiver, we are so impressed! Is it possible to have chosen our retirement home when it's a couple of decades away? Yes, it is! I've been eyeing this property ever since I saw the posted sign and learned an Aegis Living will be built here. What a fantastic location. This review is for the Aegis Living Kirkland Waterfront Memory Care. I am a long-time friend and caregiver of a person placed there in Feb.of 2022 because he had Alzheimers disease. 1. Not long after my friend entered this facility he was hospitalized for a Urinary Tract infection which he had never had before. The resulting delusions from this UTI never went away. 2.
