I have found the staff responsive, professional and genuinely caring. Everyone from the administrative to the facilities staff have worked in support of my mother's care. I want to thank Andrew and Ethan for all the help they've provided me when I've needed to make changes in my mother's apartment.

Excellent structure, fantastic cuisine, excellent activities, and the staff show great attention to residents' health-care needs. I brought my aunt, who remained for a few weeks. My experience with Aegis was excellent. She received excellent care while surrounded by specialists who are a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend this home.

My good friend Joan came to Aegis Living Madison a few years ago from another assisted living facility that was no longer able to give her the care she needed. As her power of attorney, I met with Elizabeth to see if Aegis might be a good fit for Joan since a few of her friends from the other facility had already moved over. My mother moved to Aegis in mid July, into a respite assisted living apartment that was fully furnished while my dad was on his fourth hospitalization in just a few months. Prior to that, he was the primary caregiver to my mother with Alzheimers. Ten months ago, my mother had a severe and unexpected stroke. After a hemi-craniectomy, three weeks in the hospital, six months of skilled nursing and rehab, and about two dozen CT scans, it was clear Mom would not be able to return home safely. My mother and stepfather live here. The care is The Best! During this hard time of the coronavirus pandemic, they are taking such good care of them. Not a single case in the facility! That's amazing! The staff are so warm and caring. We talked to Mom on Zoom, and both Curtis and Allison were there! It was such fun. They treat us ALL like family...

When I visited Aegis Living on Madison it was easy to recognize the compassion, kindness, dedication, and skill of the staff. My sister had been discharged prematurely from a skilled nursing facility where she was recuperating from a fall. Within a few days from discharge it was obvious that living independently was no longer a possibility. I live 2,500 miles away and I contacted Aegis Living on Madison in a panic to arrange respite care while I figured out what I needed to do to ensure my sister remained safe. My mom and stepdad have lived at Aegis on Madison for almost a year. I am so grateful to Aegis for the great care they are receiving. Just a few reasons why - *The staff is incredibly caring and supportive. They are always responsive to my emails and calls about my folks. Started out AMAZING! Loved the staff, the facility, the engagement....really felt we found 'home' for my mother. Fast forward two years and the entire management team has turned over at least once and the caregivers many times over. Very sad for us to bear witness as we really loved this place in the beginning. The people made the difference and without them is just not the same place. The food is delicious and nutritious. The facility is very nice.
