I tried to get a referral completed for my mom over two months and never got it. The doctor recommends home remedies instead of sending you out to see a specialist which delayed treatment for my mom. I want to share my experience with Dr. Estrella. Over time, I felt that he treated me more like a friend than as his patient, likely because he knows my son. Unfortunately, this made our doctor-patient relationship uncomfortable and unprofessional. He often dismissed my health concerns, making me feel as though I was exaggerating or being a hypochondriac, or mentally. When I asked for referrals he was unwilling to provide them. I took my grandmother to this clinic, and the care she received was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and took the time to ensure she felt comfortable and understood every part of the process.
