I want to share my experience with Dr. Estrella. Over time, I felt that he treated me more like a friend than as his patient, likely because he knows my son. Unfortunately, this made our doctor-patient relationship uncomfortable and unprofessional. He often dismissed my health concerns, making me feel as though I was exaggerating or being a hypochondriac, or mentally. When I asked for referrals he was unwilling to provide them. I took my grandmother to this clinic, and the care she received was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and took the time to ensure she felt comfortable and understood every part of the process. My name is Penny Boyd Im a new patient for Aegis Medical Group with new Primary Doctor Estrella. He is a wonderful doctor, I really trust and believe in his care for me. The nursing staff are amazing they go above and beyond and do whatever needs to be done for my care. I would recommend this office for anyone that I know they are blessing.
Dr. Ramirez and his staff deserve 20 stars for all that they do for their patients. First, Dr Ramirez takes his time and listens to his patients. He offers sound advise and medical care. I’ve been a patient for 2 years and I have the best care that I could ask for. He and his staff most likely saved my life after insisting that I have a mammogram.
