At first I was very Impressed with him. But recently I've been having trouble getting him to sign the freedom form for a new glucose meter and supplies. I've called several times spoke with the staff to get the form sign and fax. Each time they assured me they would get it done. Today I called freedom and they have not received the response from the doctor's. I'm done with the personnel service and in search for a new doctor .
While the Dr is good. Very friendly. His staff are the absolute worst! My mom needed a referral for a podiatrist because she has one sprained foot and the other foot has a broken toe. She can’t walk (obviously). And his staff couldn’t get the referral sent over to the podiatrist. I called and was hung up on. Then the calls went to unanswered voicemail. If he cleans house I would gladly change my opinion.
I called to schedule my father an appointment because he was having back pain. Appointment was scheduled in timely manner and was greeted with kindness and respect. Dr Barba was very friendly and knowledgeable, Staff and Dr Barba answered all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Dr Barba to all my family and friends as he is a Dr that is understanding and compassionate and takes my fathers health needs seriously and professionally.
I went to Dr. Barba’s office as a new patient for a routine physical and ended up with a mountain of stress, unexpected bills, and zero accountability from the staff. First, the doctor forgot to order my Cologuard test. Then the office manager, Carmen, submitted incorrect insurance coding, which led to multiple bills I shouldn’t have received.
