West Hartford Aerus are professionals that want to help unlike Eric in Palmer who left me hanging with a broken vacuum cleaner. I found the Aerus in West Hartford when trying to find another dealer so I could get it fixed. I was SO happy that I came here, like day and night after dealing with Palmer office. These folks in West Hartford are excellent! They truly care about helping you unlike the Palmer Mass office. I am SO HAPPY that I found them after being totally ignored and lied to by Eric. Calvin is the best and has such a pleasant attitude as does their front desk girl. They are willing to help with all the things that I purchased from Palmer Aerus even. I feel I’ve made a great decision coming to West Hartford to deal with “PROFESSIONALS”!
