I went to the Eastland location for an Invisalign consultation and to get my bottom permanent retainer rebonded on one specific tooth. I was asked if the retainer was causing any pain. I said no, it was just detached. I explained which tooth it was (in hindsight, I should have asked for a mirror), but unfortunately, they bonded the wrong one. Disappointing booking experience and dealing with the admin/front of staff. Originally made a booking online for a free veneer consultation and a couple of days after making the booking I got a call stating a dentist wouldn’t be in so my appointment had to be moved. Unsure why I was able to book online but anyways.
