Disappointing booking experience and dealing with the admin/front of staff. Originally made a booking online for a free veneer consultation and a couple of days after making the booking I got a call stating a dentist wouldn’t be in so my appointment had to be moved. I went to the Eastland location for an Invisalign consultation and to get my bottom permanent retainer rebonded on one specific tooth. I was asked if the retainer was causing any pain. I said no, it was just detached. I explained which tooth it was (in hindsight, I should have asked for a mirror), but unfortunately, they bonded the wrong one. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out in one go under local anaesthetic. Dr Rohini and her DA Maddy were superb. Dr Rohini was very professional and had exceptional skills. Maddy was extra kind and encouraging throughout it all - she really elevated the whole experience!
