From top to bottom Affiliated staff actually devotes 100% of their time and talent towards meeting customer needs and delivers! Would never hesitate to have them handle my communication services. Longtime satisfied customer and admittedly a super small one at that.
Be careful - they automatically renew your contract for 3 years without checking with you first. And to cancel, they charge you an unbelievable 80% of the contract. Yes, I signed a contract that warned me, but I knew good and well I was moving and didn't need service for 3 years and just wasn't paying attention. Checking with me before renewing would have been good customer service. My advice is to avoid them.
One of the best companies when it comes to VOIP systems. Their support is great and setup is excellent. Their prices are the best in the market.
