I walk in and there's two people behind the desk. The receptionist and another person. I was not greeted at all... I stood there while they had a small conversation. When it was done one of the ladies walked away and the receptionist just ignores me for a few seconds, looks up at me and just says she will be right with me. Very good and professional mannerisms. Considerate, patient, competent and treats his patients with respect. He understands the value of working through the diagnostic information with the patients and allowing them to inform him and giving them proper information and explanation. Overall, he has a very high vote of confidence from me.

I had a cancerous cyst in my ear that needed immediate removal. I have seen the deformation in the ears of others with this procedure, and was a little concerned. Dr Jonathan Lavian completed the procedure, and 6 weeks later it is impossible to tell what happened. Thank you !

Very professional but not intimidating. Asked multiple times how I was feeling, if I had questions, and those kind of opportunites for a patient to express themselves. That is rare in my many dr experiences. Excellent. The whole practice is clean, efficient, and friendly. Best derm practice I've ever been to and I've lived in several states and countries as well.

Went here for the first time and was very pleased with the visit. I called and was able to obtain an appointment the same day. Hannah was great explaining everything and her assistant was very knowledgeable as well. Definitely would recommend coming here!
