(The response in this review says to contact them however I have been definitely contacting them but they do not answer with more than a dismissal letter!) Update: both Aligntech and the Better Business Bureau have reported back to me that Affinity Dental had refused to answer their calls regarding my case. Affinity's orthodontist who is there once a week told me on 10/3/24 that I already had my four final retainers. That was not true but she insisted I did and barely examined me. Update: both Aligntech and the Better Business Bureau have reported back to me that Affinity Dental had refused to answer their calls regarding my case. Affinity's orthodontist who is there once a week told me on 10/3/24 that I already had my four final Invisalign retainers. That was not true but she insisted I did and barely examined me. I came in telling her I was in pain but she just tapped my trays, said they fit, and then corrected me about having retainers that I didn't in fact hard. I reached out to the Better Business Bureau and Aligntech about this practice’s ways of telling me I had retainers that I never even had and how they exacerbating my disability.  Better Business Bureau as well as Aligntech reported to me that this dentistry only gave them one cover-up acknowledgment, and has since refused to answer any more of their phone calls or contact attempts. I have spent too many years and too much money with this company for them to treat me the way they did.
