Late afternoon appointment. Took a while to get started but staff was great. Apologized for being late. Listened, was compassionate. Doctor was wonderful. Took the time to talk to me and learn what was going on with my health.
Yesterday was my first visit to Dr Tugwell.His bedside manner is superb, and makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.
Dr. Williams is very personable, professional, and explained everything to me helping me understand my condition better. I highly recommend her. All her staff is courteous and helpful also.
The wait time is never long, since he doesn’t deliver babies. Bedside manner is 5 stars, answers all the questions and explains things well. I have felt comfortable in his care from the very first visit; something I never felt with any other provider. He is never in a hurry and listens to what you’re saying. She was patient and u der stood my medical needs. Dr. Williams is the best at what she does and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of care she gave me.
