Centerpoint's contractor ACI didn't want to touch our water heater replacement, citing other parts of our plumbing needed to be addressed first. Kurt came out, assessed our situation and got right to work replacing our heater. Kurt was very knowledgeable and made quick work of the job. After finalizing the heater install and turning the water back on, he noticed a minute bit of water at one of the fittings he replaced.
