These people are a disgrace. They installed a pre finished hardwood floor in my house and when I contacted them they said they will take a look. They told me to put blue tape where the floor was having an issue and the tape stood for 1 month before they could come. They came in September 2021 and tried to fix the floor and replaced a board and told me they will be back in December to fix since there is a “moisture “ problem. Working with Affordable Floors for our baby’s nursery has been the best experience from beginning to end. From the start, Frank accommodated us when I was running late from work while also very pregnant. He stayed and was patient, helpful, and extremely responsive. He also made sure that I went home with samples that I would like. I got a floor runner with install beautiful job and rug is high quality highly recommend
Great service and selection! Reasonably priced, Frank was great. They carpeted 4 bedrooms and installed a runner on the stairs, we're very happy with their work. Would recommend!
