My wife and I recently had our kitchen completely remodeled. Part of the process was selecting new flooring. We began by browsing flooring products offered by the big box stores, one of which has the word Floor in their name. I recently had renovations done in my apartment in NYC and I had the pleasure of working with Affordable Floors. I couldn’t recommend them more highly! From the very start, they were organized, proactive, and kept everything on track. These people are a disgrace. They installed a pre finished hardwood floor in my house and when I contacted them they said they will take a look. They told me to put blue tape where the floor was having an issue and the tape stood for 1 month before they could come. They came in September 2021 and tried to fix the floor and replaced a board and told me they will be back in December to fix since there is a “moisture “ problem. Now they are refusing to fix and no reply on multiple emails and phone calls. Would never recomm... read more

Working with Affordable Floors for our baby’s nursery has been the best experience from beginning to end. From the start, Frank accommodated us when I was running late from work while also very pregnant. He stayed and was patient, helpful, and extremely responsive. He also made sure that I went home with samples that I would like.
