Affordable was AMAZING to work with. Their sales reps (we worked with Sean) were amazing, thoughtful and I never felt that I was being upsold to make a profit. In the past I had used Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning when I needed a new AC unit, recently I needed to replace my furnace so I called Affordable and they were prompt, efficient and did a wonderful job. They put in an upgraded furnace and still beat the competitor’s price. The best part? They treat you like family.
My propane furnace died suddenly and I had to buy a new one, but something was wrong with the new one. Too many unexpected bills hit me at once, mostly due to losing my husband. I applied for heating help from Leap. A Leap technician called me Wednesday about my heat emergency. I told her I was using electric heaters to keep my home from freezing, but I had a brand new propane furnace I purchased online, that wouldn't kick on.
