Affordable Home Services did an awesome job! I am writing this in regards to a mini-split system that was recently installed at my home by Affordable Home Services. Sean's team was outstanding throughout the entire project. Went to an eco fair a few months ago and signed up for a free estimate for a heat pump. Will came and took a lot of time to explain what a heat pump is and how it works. He walked me through the now finished state rebates for heat pumps and was patient with my timeline. Chase was the main installer of the HVAC system along with some equally friendly and professional employees. This week has been incredibly hot, but with my new heat pump, my super quiet and cool system isn't struggling like my old one.
I've have been using Affordable Home Services since October of 2025 since then I have had my ac system and my heat completely replaced which I love, on that they did a great job actually a outstanding job . I had Justin come in and move a bunch of water lines and a drain on my remodeled Bathroom and Justin went above and beyond. I then had my water heater replaced another outstanding job . Best HVAC service. My tech Curran was knowledgeable and thorough and extremely accommodating. He took time to explain everything he would be doing and during the service showed me the inner workings of my system. He also was very respectful of my home and super friendly to my cat. I feel confident that my system is operating efficiently and will definitely contact them to schedule my fall inspection as well as annual service of my tankless water heater.
Shane was awesome, as usual! We talked through our older system to look at options. He’s very thorough and transparent and gave us all the information we need to make our decision.
