Affordable Home Services did an awesome job! I am writing this in regards to a mini-split system that was recently installed at my home by Affordable Home Services. Went to an eco fair a few months ago and signed up for a free estimate for a heat pump. Will came and took a lot of time to explain what a heat pump is and how it works. He walked me through the now finished state rebates for heat pumps and was patient with my timeline. Chase was the main installer of the HVAC system along with some equally friendly and professional employees. This week has been incredibly hot, but with my new heat pump, my super quiet and cool system isn't struggling like my old one.
I've have been using Affordable Home Services since October of 2025 since then I have had my ac system and my heat completely replaced which I love, on that they did a great job actually a outstanding job . I had Justin come in and move a bunch of water lines and a drain on my remodeled Bathroom and Justin went above and beyond. I then had my water heater replaced another outstanding job . I purchased a new heat pump. All paperwork and rebates were completely handled by Affordable Home Services. The installation crew was prompt, efficient, and reliable. Everyone is super helpful and easy to work with. Sean did a follow up after the installation! I am extremely impressed with the team and the quality of their customer service.
Lucas performed a thorough inspection of our heating and cooling system. He was knowledgeable, efficient and exhibited excellent customer service. We highly recommend Affordable and will most certainly use them in the future.
