Hot water heater was drained; Dale explained the process and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Advised me of the need for an expansion tank for which I prepaid and made arrangements to have installed. Appreciate the courtesy I am shown whether I speak to someone in the office (scheduling) or the technician who does the work.

Affordable Home Services is legit, Curran came and tuned up our old furnace and wasn't pushy on sales. He simply laid out our options and was very informative on rebates and how to get the most bang for our buck.
