The team members at this location are excellent. Educated me and got me into the right unit but also made it easy for me to get close out my unit after I no longer needed it. The location has top notch customer service no doubt.
My experience at Afforable Storage at 7112 19th st. with Kyle from day 1 has been refreshing. Kyle was pacient with me as we shared stories about moving to Lubbock. I explained I had 2 seperate storage units and the nightmare. He had 3 sizes of the drive up storages he wanted to show me. We went and just like that we found the perfect size storage unit and very "afforable." "All my belongings will fit in that 1drive up unit". Yay!
