I was running late (Driving from Alvarado Tx ) to pick up my son from college and I needed to rent a storage man was I stressing out that everyone was closing but when I got to this location it was 3 minutes till close time and Leo greeted me with a smile and said we got what you need I got you.that gave me a Wow experience and made me feel like a special customer and to top it off he offer my Lil one’s Cookies.

Leo was very helpful, answered all of our questions. Advised us on what would be best for us. He took his time and never rushed us considering it was almost closing time.
