These people are HIGHLY unprofessional and rude. The winch failed and the car rolled off the tow truck, crashed into the Mechanics toolbox then into a water pipe flooding the garage. The tow truck driver told us he’d been telling them the winch was bad, and instead of replacing it the just kept fixing it. They REFUSED to give insurance info repeatedly because their insurance would go up. Said they would pay cash. The person we had the unfortunate experience to deal with called us ignorant. Just had our car towed by Abraham. He was exceptionally nice and knew what he was doing. Our key was stuck in the ignition and he was able to jump our dead car and remove the key. After he got the car loaded up he told me, "She's off to the doctor now". He made me laugh even in a crappy situation. I would recommend this company and ask for Abraham!
Kurt was amazing he did everything quick and right at 2am would definitely recommend and would use again they were amazing!!
Horrible experience. Very unprofessional staff. My car was there 3 months for a motor job. Picked it up and it ran the same way as when I brought it there. Nothing was done that was supposed to be done. My husband and I were asked for extra Money to fix things that were not done. Oil wasn't changed, spark plugs weren't changed, hoses were loose along with a lot of other issues.... CORNELL is a liar and a fast talker, he's not to be trusted. One star only because I had to give one to write this review. They were dispatched by Ford Roadside assistance with an ETA of 2 hours. Got a text after two hours stating it would be 50 more minutes. I called and spoke to someone while I was waiting and was told the first tow truck broke down hence them having to dispatch another and the additional ETA time. After waiting 3 1/2 hours, now back on the phone with Ford Roadside and they are sending a new company out!! Don’t waste your time or money with “Tru” Automotive.
