Good service and short wait made my visit a pleasant one. Taking information was a little slow.

It is nice to have an urgent care facility available, but we will not visit this facility again, especially when Dr. Peter Martinuzzi is there. My young child was shy, and he stood up and said to her, 'get out, or grow up. I am having a bad day, and I'm not going to do this.' I ended up doing the exam on her, with him telling me what to do because at this point she was scared of him, and still shy.
Business response:
It was really nice speaking with you this evening and I would like to apologize again for the experience you had while visiting our clinic. We want our patients to feel better off for having chosen us, well cared for, and respected and I am sorry your visit did not meet those standards. Feedback like yours is vitally important to help us improve our services and if we aren't aware, we can't fix it. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your concerns. Your situation has been addressed with our Medical Director ... read more

NEGATIVE STARS!!! STAY AWAY, they do not care about you! I will NEVER go to After Hours Urgent Care again! They only cared about the money. My friend had come in from out-of-state yesterday morning and was having a bad case of altitude sickness. So I called ahead to see if they could treat this. I specifically asked if they had the capability to do do I.V. fluids, anti nausea medicine and oxygen. The person that answered the phone said "Yes, they could." When we got there they stuck her in a hot little room where she's pukin... read more
Business response:
Dear SL, While I'd need permission from your friend to view their chart (or even discuss it on this public forum due to HIPAA laws) I'd like to apologize that you did not feel they were well cared for. Altitude sickness can be treated with oxygen, hydration, anti-nausea medication (all of which we provide in our clinics) and definitive treatment is for the patient to go to a lower altitude where symptoms usually subside quickly. In extreme cases of altitude sickness, patients may experience coma and need to be treated with... read more

Went in near closing time and they were still super helpful and very nice. Got me fixed up right away. Most importantly they didn't make me feel ashamed about my body which is much appreciated
