My whole family including our toddler have used this urgent care many times. We have never had a bad experience. They are quick, thorough, and the providers really listen to us. I have been especially happy with how wonderful they are with my son- we have had to access this urgent care multiple times outside of our son’s pediatricians hours. They really listen to me as his mother which makes me feel comfortable with the care they give him

Very friendly and down to earth nurses and admin. they simplified everything, regarding my shoulder injury, beautifully. Very personable and relatable the entire time while maintaining seriousness regarding my recovery. Making me actually seem hopeful for well healing and making it all seem easy enough and doable for an average schmuck like myself. 5 stars all day.

Went late Saturday morning for a sinus infection. Process for checking in was fairly painless but you need your phone, email, etc. Perhaps they have an alternative check in as well. Sat a bit longer than expected being the only one there, but everyone was polite and capable. Got a prescription and was on my way .

Dr. Joyce is amazing! We went to the urgent care across the street, the receptionist was rude and said, wait time would be 1 hour or 4 hour. We went across the street to Afterhours...they had us in After 15 minutes, they did x rays, and Dr. Joyce saw us, and diagnosed my son's broken nose. All under 45 minutes.

One of the best experiences I have had at any medical facility! Easy to make an appt. Was seen right away. Was listened to. In and out quickly. Would highly recommend.
