I like coming to this urgent care, it's right across the street from me,
Quick and easy, they were able to see me and my daughter at the same time. The online check in was a breeze and the staff was all super friendly. No hassle for self-pay without insurance and the flat rate fee made paying painless and stress free.
Everyone was nice, it went quickly and my husband and I both got treated effectively. I recommend this urgent care to adults, I don't know really what they are like foe children.
All of the staff here, from the front desk and assistants, to Dr. Abeyta , were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! A wonderful experience! If you have to go to an urgent care... this is the one!
The staff was prompt and professional. I didn't wait long. Its a good location for when you really need to see a doctor on the weekend.
Well what can i say.eveything went great and good team work.
The only problem I had AT all which was kinda big, was that I came with my husband, each for different reasons and because we are married we were automatically put into the same room. I was not wanting to share my visit experience with him and did not feel I got to ask any questions or explain my true situation. So, I suggest following patient privacy (Hippa) and never assume it's appropriate to put any two people in the same exam room unless they both ask and/or are asked seperately by your staff.. Great experience. I'll definitely come back to them next time. I had to bring in my 1yr old and 5yr old at the same time. Both had fevers and horrible coughing.They were all so nice and very patient with my little ones. Thank you so much for helping us!
