I went in with muscle pain. I left with 12 pages of printout on neck education. I am still in pain and limited on what I can do. I was told to wait a couple of days and go back to my doctor. I wasted my time and the insurance time and money. I will not be going here again.
took my son with a fever and vomiting. He was not even seen . They only asked us two questions. The doctor treated us rudely, and showed no patience because English is not my first language. We did not feel helped, the experience was frustrating. I thought they wouldn't charge anything because they didn't do anything.

I do not need to take 2 hours out of my morning to get a rapid covid test done. Just swab me and move on. Sitting in the exam room was unnecessary with vitals and weight taken too. Total money grab to justify taking more money from my insurance payer. There was nothing rapid about getting a test done here.

Front desk lady is all rude like if she dont like her job
If I could give a negative star I would. I went into the office on 104th after calling before I went in and the receptionist was rude and told me that my daughter couldn’t be seen. After I called and made an appointment for her to be seen. People like her should not work in the medical field if she hates her job she should find a different job.
I wish that I could give a rating that was worse. Absolute appalling medical service. The person working the front desk was rude and hostile. My wife needed urgent medical care and we were told to wait. After an inexorable period of waiting at 10pm we ended up leaving for the ER. Unacceptable practice of medicine
