Zero stars!!! I was referred over to AG appliance through my Lowe’s protection plan for my washer. My washer was not spinning and the technician Sergio gave me the wrong diagnosis!! He does not know what he is doing at all and he was not able to fix my washer after 2 times! He said it was another part each time and every time it would not be fixed. SCAMMER COMPANY! If I could give a zero I would. Very rude repair guy came out to repair dryer did not even open dryer up. Said he was going to order a part. When I questioned him on it became even more hostile. I had to tell him to leave my house and cancel the order. I called the office right after and said what happened and told the lady to cancel the order. A week later I get a text that parts has been order through my warranty. We had a service technician come out through our home warranty First American Home Warranty. We needed our ice maker repaired and the thermostat checked to see if working correctly on our stove. The ice maker was repaired correctly but the technician forgot to bring the correct tool to check the oven. He stated AG would be back in touch to set up a new appointment. IT WAS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AG APPLIANCE! Either they are completely incompetent at their jobs, or they are outright SCAMMERS. They have come to my house THREE TIMES and still CANNOT FIX MY DISHWASHER! The same clueless technician shows up every time, repeats the exact same useless procedure, and then guesses that a part needs to be replaced—without even properly diagnosing the issue!
