As a woman with melanated skin, it can be difficult to find providers who are knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of different treatments. Everyone here is so knowledgeable, kind and polite. When I first walked in the front desk representative was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. My experience with Lori was nothing short of amazing! Lori is thorough and very knowledgeable. The person that I loved while I was going here was Lori. I don’t have any concerns with her service. What a lot of small business seem to need improvement on is their soft skills. In the past I have received a call as I was driving to the appointment that Lori would not be able to service me. I gave feedback that communication to me should have been sooner.
