I like the fact that they do have personel answering enquiry for Services. As I tried another dealer, which was DonValley,they only offer Chat service, turned out they asked my number and when I submitted enquiry via email, nobody ever reply. At Agincourt, you can just drive-in for services, without the trouble looking for a spot to leave your car in tight-spaced dealership. The staff whether at the reception or the shuttle driver are All very friendly, efficient and helpful.
If I can give them 10 stars, I would. I recently has an accident with my vehicle, the insurance company wanted me to bring it to their "authorized" shop. I really wanted to bring it to my dealership to get it fixed because I rather have a dealership fixed instead of an "authorized insurance" bodyshop. The person I delt with was very professional and kept me updated for the whole process. Will recommend to everyone.
So I was having troubles with my car battery recharging so I brought the car over to Agincourt. They replaced my alternator for free.
Went for my oil change, completed within 30 minutes including a car wash. Why go to quick lube pleaces when you can go to Agincourt.

I had an issue with my AM radio. They checked it out and ordered a part. I told them I needed a loaner when I dropped it off, they gave it to me no question asked. I just don't get why people are giving them bad reviews. 1
Had an issue with my window, called them booked an appointment. They ordered part and replaced it. It was quick, easy and professional. Always will go back to them

I was going to receive a car in January 2024 .The day before of delivery ,I received email and call that there is ticket on my license plate and needs to be paid before registration. I did not agree because first I had to check about this ticket with City of Toronto. I advised them that I will not pay and I have to check first. But they did not listen to me and paid the ticket against my consent and against my warnings. They even did not give me time to check this ticket with City of Toronto.
