My first visit today exceeded any expectations I had. All the staff were friendly and competent, from front desk to technicians to Dr Hamlin to the Optician. It was a wonderful experience and I will be a permanent patient and I even made an appointment for my wife, who has also been looking for a good Ophthalmology practice. It was clean, well set up and wait times were minimal. I was super impressed. I also noticed that they were quite busy, always a good sign. I highly recommend.
My wife and I have been a patient of Dr Potter for four years. Great doctor and the staff is great and professional. The eye wear staff are amazing and friendly. First time at the North Augusta office. Awesome office, the front office staff were polite. Blake was amazing and professional.

The customer service was excellent and on point!!! Everyone treated my mom and I with warmth and kindness!! The establishment has such a welcoming and inviting atmosphere that I would recommend this place to everyone with “eye care” needs. After 45 years with my ophthalmologist he retired and I was concerned about starting with someone new. Fortunately he referred me to Aiken Ophthalmology, and I had my first appointment with them recently. I was more than satisfied with them and so pleased with the referral.
