I visited and had a great experience with the doctor. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. My boyfriend and I have regular checkups here, and we always appreciate the quality of care we receive. However, we find it challenging to get in touch with the front desk. Despite leaving multiple voicemails, we never received a callback. Improving the responsiveness of the front desk would greatly enhance the overall experience.
Fantastic experience from check in through my exam. Friendly and courteous staff and Dr. Potter was awesome. Went back one week later to get a Georgia Department of vision form filled out at no additional cost. I highly recommend them.
I had the most thorough & efficient eye exam I’ve even had. Dr. Potter & his staff exceeded my expectations. They were able to schedule me to be seen within a couple days. I only sat in the first waiting room for about 20 minutes and once I was taken back everything moved rather quickly. The first assistant, Skyland, was professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Everyone that works in the office is friendly and helpful. Dr.!Potter explains everything in terms that you can understand instead of technical terms. He also gives time for questions and actually listens. It’s a great place to go!
Very professional and attentive at this doctors office. Everyone is very helpful and polite. Been going here for a while now and love it. The staff and doctors are awesome.
