My first visit today exceeded any expectations I had. All the staff were friendly and competent, from front desk to technicians to Dr Hamlin to the Optician. It was a wonderful experience and I will be a permanent patient and I even made an appointment for my wife, who has also been looking for a good Ophthalmology practice. It was clean, well set up and wait times were minimal. I was super impressed. I also noticed that they were quite busy, always a good sign. I highly recommend.

After 45 years with my ophthalmologist he retired and I was concerned about starting with someone new. Fortunately he referred me to Aiken Ophthalmology, and I had my first appointment with them recently. I was more than satisfied with them and so pleased with the referral. Great at getting appointments scheduled. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable at there job. Makes the test go smoothly without confusion. Doctor Potter is kind, and really listens to what you (the patient) has to say.

Arrival to appointment approximately twenty minutes before time because of new patient paperwork. Immediate attention was given and short wait time for examination to began. Everyone was highly professional and through explaining each step as it was perform. I am really happy with my services will recommend to others.
