My brother had LASIK surgery here and the staff was great! They really explained everything with him and took their time. He is very happy that he went there.
Plan on spending at least four hours in the office. I had an appointment for 1:00 and didn't have my procedure until 4:00. They had to dilate my eyes again because the drops wore off. They said that they had several emergencies that day but I have been there four times and spent an average of 4 hours per visit. They just over book! Your best bet would be go to an office that respects their patients and doesnt leave them waiting for hours just to pad their bottom line!
