This company makes their money by overcharging for repairs and for replacing parts that don’t need to be replaced just so they can get you for additional modifications. Excellent service! The tech from AIR DESIGN A/C & HEATING diagnosed a blown fuse on my Carrier system, caused by a bad contractor. He explained everything clearly and fixed it fast with great detail and professionalism. Highly recommend!
BEWARE!! I hate to make this review because I was hoping the other reviews were wrong, but I can confirm that the technician sent to our home tried to scam us. Our HVAC stopped working on 5/19/2025 and I was able to schedule an appointment through our home warranty for a technician to come out on 5/21/2025. The women I talked to on the phone were prompt and amazing, so I definitely need to give them credit. Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was also impressed that he had the part to repair my ac unit with him. I was back up and running cool within 45 minutes!
I was very pleased with Air Design. Rick the technician was professional, appeared to be knowledgeable, competent and he was also very friendly. He took the time to explain his task to me and advised me of what services I should do in the future to keep my system functioning well in the future.
