Absolutely the worst service I have ever dealt with. Air Design repeatedly failed to repair my AC over the course of months, leaving me without cooling during dangerously hot summer temperatures. One of their technicians was asked to leave due to inappropriate behavior inside my home. Despite this serious issue, no manager ever called me back even after multiple requests. Unprofessional. We used this company thru our home warranty. They came out on a Wednesday and found 2 issues. They were able to correct one but didn't have the parts for the other. Thursday morning we scheduled for them to come with the part on Friday, during this call they reviewed the techs notes and never mentioned a 3rd issue. Friday no one showed up with no explanation. Worst company EVER run do not walk from this company. Customer service is awful we’ve been two weeks without a/c during this unprecedented heatwave, First American home warranty sent this company out they came out quickly and said the outside unit was broken and needed replacement. so instead of replacing it they decided to fix it, and it’s been over a week waiting on parts to add insult to injury the technician left the inside unit on and stated it would blow cool air through the house within 10 minutes the inside temperatu... read more
The technician came when scheduled, I was called 30 minutes before his arrival, he went right to work, diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in just a few minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very pleased with the experience.
