my air conditioner went out completely and it has been in the high 90's. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The service technician who came out was Luis P. He was professional, figured out the problem quickly explained everything to me and had my AC up and running in no time. Thank you. I highly recommend Air Design Air Conditioning & Heating.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. The technician came out over a week ago and was supposed to follow up with my warranty company regarding the AC report. Not only did it take an unreasonable amount of time to complete the report, but I’ve now spent the past five days trying to reach someone with no success. I’ve sent emails, called multiple times, and have been left on hold for extended periods only to get nowhere. I would not even give them one star but that is the lowest I can give. HORRIBLE company. Spend HOURS multiple days on HOLD only to be hung up on after 30 minutes and then have to try again. Requested the manager/owner Maurice to call me back two different days, "he got the message" but never called back. They inflated the repairs needed to my HVAC unit to include 1200 of "modifications" which of course the home warranty company doesn't cover. No response, IS a response. These people rip you off and speak in a different language when the technician and the person that is taking your payment over the phone. I have multiple a/c units and I had American Homes send out this company to service one of my units. They fixed the unit that I requested service for but afterwards when they left, my other units that were working perfectly fine suddenly stopped working. Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Completely Untrustworthy On June 27, 2025, I had yet another appointment scheduled with Air Design AC & Heating. I took off work to be home and available, confirmed the appointment with their dispatch team, and was told I would receive a discount due to the continued inconvenience.
