The air duct guys who came were absolutely great. Our ducts needed some major cleaning and they left them spotless! They were also very accommodating with our dog so we didn’t have to leave him outside while they worked.
Wow! All the way from the phone call for an estimate to the shaking hands when the job was completed! The work speaks for itself! Amazing 5 out of 5. We were having a problem with mold in one of our two home HVAC systems for some time. We contacted Air Duct Pro and then contracted them to clean both systems. The techs, Brandon and Gabriel, arrived on time and proceeded to do a thorough and professional job. They kept us informed of what they were doing, answered our questions as they worked, and cleaned up when they were finished. In all it was a quite satisfactory experience, and I would recommend them highly.
My coworker had suggested getting my vents cleaned because I have been getting back to back. I typed vent cleaning and Douglas Airduct Pro popped up with 5 stars and I see why. As soon as I came home, it was like a breath of fresh air. My family was very pleased with the professionalism and the exceptional work. Loved every aspect of this company! After I first inquired, the owner visited to give me an overview of how everything worked with air duct cleaning and how thorough their cleaning processes are. They are also non-toxic, which is something that I was looking for. Brandon and Gabe did a great job and sent me updates/photos afterwards and the air feels fresher right away!
